Our above-ground pool is shared between units, is open year-round, and is not heated. Inquire if you have questions. Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. This charming space boasts a comfortable 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. Need extra sleeping space? No worries! The living room features a cozy sofa bed for additional guests. Head out back and enjoy days in the sun lounging in the pool. Please note, the pool and yard are shared with the second house on the property. Interested in more space? Inquire about renting both! NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Other things to note
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
