Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Once inside, the master bedroom will be to the left, and the living room will be to the right. Settle in and enjoy a movie on the large SmartTV; a comfy sofa bed and armchair complete this space. Through the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen. We provide all major appliances, essential cookware, and dinnerware. Across the hall from the living room is the dining room. Enjoy your meals at the farm table with two benches and two chairs. This house has three bedrooms with a split bedroom floor plan. The master bedroom has two full-size beds, access to the backyard and patio, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Bedrooms two, three, and the second full bathroom are down the hall, past the living room and dining room. Bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The second full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. A full-size washer and dryer are near the garage entrance. Head outside to enjoy the fully-fenced backyard; the patio has a grill and a small table and chairs available.

Guest access
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Our home is located in a residential area, four miles from Hunter Army Air Field.

Getting around
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other things to note
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
