This is an upstairs unit. Guests will access the home by climbing the exterior wooden stairs and entering through the front door labeled “B” using a digital keypad.
Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living room and kitchen. The living area features a sofa bed, a wicker armchair, and a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals during your stay. A dining table with seating for four provides a comfortable space to enjoy meals together.
The unit offers two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. A full bathroom with a stand-up shower is conveniently located between the two bedrooms.
You can access the patio directly from the living room, creating a nice indoor-outdoor flow.
Best of all, a beach access walking path is located directly across the street!
Please note: This property has three units. You will have full and private access to your unit. The parking area and yard are shared spaces.

Our home is located within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants. We are just a few doors down from The Sugar Shack!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. STR No: STR2023-00121
