Step through the emerald green door and enter the cozy living area, complete with a 50" Roku TV and sleeper sofas for extra guests. To the left, you’ll find the dining room with seating for six. Beyond the dining area is the rec room, featuring a ping pong table for fun family competitions! From here, a door leads to the fenced backyard, where you’ll find plenty of space to relax and a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking.
Back inside, on the other side of the dining room, is the recently updated kitchen, fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and all the essentials for cooking. Just off the dining area is a small workspace with a desk and chair, and a hallway leading to the bedrooms.
The main bedroom offers a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two full bunk beds, with a full bathroom across the hall that’s shared with the third bedroom, which features two queen beds. Additional guests can sleep comfortably on the living room sofas, which pull out to queen beds.
We can’t wait to host you in our home in the Hostess City of the South! The property is pet-friendly (with a fee) and includes free WiFi.

We are located in Midtown near Vernon River. It's the perfect location for enjoying Savannah's extensive outdoor culture with the convenience of being in town. Located in desirable Halcyon Bluff Subdivision, which is minutes to downtown Savannah, parks, restaurants, shopping and hospitals. Quick access to Harry Truman Parkway makes it less than 30 minutes to Tybee Island!
Getting around
We are in a residential neighborhood however Lyft and Uber are available if needed.
Other things to note
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Our short term rental permit number for this home is OTC-023289.
