The front door opens into the main living area, featuring two couches, one of which converts into a queen-size pullout bed.
Just beyond the living room is the kitchen and dining area, where you’ll find a cozy table for four and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
Two hallways lead to the bedrooms and bathrooms:
- The hallway near the front door leads to the primary bedroom, which features a king bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom.
- The hallway off the kitchen leads to the additional bedrooms and shared bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds.
All bedrooms include closets for storing your belongings.
Sliding glass doors in the dining room provide access to the backyard. The expansive, fenced-in yard features a charcoal grill and plenty of space for kids and pets to play.
Guest access
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Getting around
This is a residential area, so driving is recommended. Uber and Lyft are available as well. Street parking is available for if cars cannot fit on driveway.
Other things to note
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Our short term rental permit number for this home is OTC-023300.
