Inside, you’ll find leather seating, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a relaxed open-concept design made for unwinding after a day at the beach. Step outside to a fully enclosed yard with a hot tub, gas grill, and inviting outdoor space for total relaxation. Beach essentials, including chairs, umbrellas, and towels, are provided for easy coastal outings. Additional conveniences include streaming-ready entertainment (Netflix available), a Pack-N-Play for families, and a dog-friendly setup for traveling pets. Please note that there is no A/C fans provided for comfort. The garage is not available for guest use, but driveway parking is permitted (please do not block the sidewalk), with additional street parking available. 

Vacation Rental Contract You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they’ve made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners. Identity Verification Guests are required to complete a separate identity verification process within 24 hours of booking. The link is texted to your phone. This protects you and us against fraud.
