Inside, you’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and a center island with seating for two, opening into a bright living area with a large flat-screen TV and dining space for four. A small private patio extends off the main living area, perfect for enjoying ocean breezes. Upstairs, the guest bedroom includes two twin beds and a ceiling fan, along with a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a stacked washer/dryer. The queen primary suite offers an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo, ceiling fan, and a small balcony with peek ocean views. A two-car garage is available for guest use (please note height restrictions may limit some SUVs and trucks). This home has 2 sets of stairs—9 steps up from the garage to the main floor and 16 steps up to the second floor—so it may not be suitable for everyone. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable, and provided linens. Please note there is no A/C; fans are provided as well as heaters.
