From the moment you walk through the front door of Sky 307, you will be totally immersed in the beauty of Sandy Beach as you look out the full glass door-wall that overlooks the infinity pool and out to the Sea of Cortez. This stunning, very clean, all brand new unit is decorated in neutral tones and modern blue accents with subtle beach-themed décor allowing you to be at the beach inside and out.
Sky 307 has all new appliances, furniture, paint, memory foam mattresses and ‘washed every time’ duvet covers. Central heat and air along with ceiling fans both inside and out will keep you comfortable. The leather sofa, love seat, and recliner will invite you to sit and relax. Or step outside to the rattan sofa and patio table to feel like you're right down on the water.
The unit sleeps 6 very comfortably with a King-sized bed in the master, Bunk Bed King and upstairs Quenn in the guest bedroom as well.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils including a large size Crock-pot for making meals for your group.
307 is set up with modern technology in mind. The unit is equipped with high-speed WiFi -which is not true of all units. So bring your AUX cords and HDMI cables to plug in your own technology and play music or movies. The WiFi is powerful enough to stream it all. Tabletop plugs with USB ports are there for your convenience. Basic cable gets several standard channels on the flat-screen tvs in every room.
The BBQ grill and children’s playground are located on the 3rd floor of the complex just steps from the front door of 307. No need to carry food up/downstairs or elevator, simply walk straight out to the grills and back to the amazing views on the patio to eat.
For a fun surprise, there is a custom built-in bar. If you're looking for a party, just open up the closet doors in the living room and change the vibe!
There is a cooler available for your use to take drinks down to the pool or beach and even spare beach towels if you forget yours. You won’t find that in every unit.
Casago Reservations will supply drinking water, hand soap, dish and laundry soap, clean sheets, bath towels, paper towels, and toilet paper.
So pack what little else you need and come down to Sonoran Sky 307 to relax, party, get away from it all or get together. Whatever your agenda, this unit has everything you need.
NOTE: The balcony BBQ do not work, there is a designated area on the 3rd floor for the use of charcoal grills and playground for small children. (Charcoal is not included, for sale at convenience store).
