Parking passes are available in the home. The pass must be placed on the rear view mirror of the guest's car if the car is parked on the street. If the car is parked in the garage or on the driveway, the passes are not required. Please be advised that if the parking passes are lost or not found in the home post-departure, there is a $50.00 fee per pass that will be charged to the guest.
Optional Services & Fees (Only If Applicable)
Some homes offer additional optional services. Fees apply only if the home is equipped with the amenity and the service is requested. If an amenity is not available at the home, the fee does not apply.

- Private pool. The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in. (heating for an additional cost of $50 USD + tax per day)
- Pet-friendly! A $150 +tax non-refundable fee applies only if bringing pets.
