The resort community offers guests access to a 6700 sqft clubhouse, fitness room, zero entry pool and spa area, children's play area, business center, sand volleyball courts and all for no additional charge. Added perks include central AC, tile floors, and a private washer/dryer. - Hot Tub: $15 per night, capped at $300 per stay (only for homes with a hot tub).
- BBQ Grill: $75 per stay plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a grill).
- Private pool. The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in. (heating for an additional cost of $50 USD + tax per day)
- Pet-friendly! A $150 +tax non-refundable fee applies only if bringing pets.
