Be our guest! Our spacious ranch-style home accommodates up to 12 guests with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, fenced backyard, and onsite laundry. Located on the east side of Memphis, we offer easy access to major roads, restaurants, and groceries. In 20 minutes or less, enjoy Shelby Farms Park or downtown Memphis. We've included both professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect. We look forward to hosting you!
The Space:
Guests will enter through the door in the carport by using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will find yourself in the spacious and open dining room and also the fully-equipped kitchen. Here you will find a large farm table, all major appliances, essential cookware, and dinnerware. Just off of the kitchen is an additional dining area with seating for four guests.
Through the dining area is the living room. A queen sofa bed, two arm chairs, and large SmartTV complete this space.
Down the hall off of the living room are all four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms feature a full-size bed and one bedroom has two full-size beds.
Just off of the kitchen you will find a washer and dryer.
Access to the fenced-in backyard is gained through the dining room and the master bedroom. Out here you will find patio and a grill available for use.
Guest Access:
“The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in Colonial Acres in a residential area. Less than 3 miles to restaurants and shops!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
