Oceanfront and lagoon views from the lanai (balcony). You are so close you will hear the ocean and watch the waves come sideways into the lagoon below. Enjoy watching the fish and turtles swim in the lagoon and the lighthouse in the distance. The sounds of the sea will lull you to sleep after your day of sightseeing or relaxing. Both bedroom and living room face the water where you may see dolphins in the bay year-round and whales when in season.

Hale Kona Kai is an intimate, absolute oceanfront complex of 39 one-bedroom condominiums.  Located at the edge of Kona Town, it is off the main road providing for quiet, ocean-view relaxation from every unit.  the complex is just south of Royal Kona Resort, dining at Huggo’s or Don the Beachcomber’s, and other restaurants are just a short distance away.  You will find the white sand of Honl’s Beach less than a quarter-mile to the south and the Kona Farmer’s Market just a half-mile to the north.   

The complex offers an elevator providing easy access for everyone. On the ocean side, you will find a heated saltwater swimming pool and a barbeque at the south end of the complex.  Each floor has coin-operated washers and dryers for your use. Each condo does not have its own washer/dryer.  

Each unit offers assigned parking, secure WIFI, & cable TV.  All units, including lanais, are non-smoking and Hale Kona Kai is a non-smoking facility.
