Feel free to bring your binoculars for some sightseeing, as this space gives you the perfect viewing area for any mule deer, elk, wild turkeys, or the occasional bear passing by. The cozy living room is equipped with everything you need to relax and large family meals are easily accommodated at the table with seating for guests. The full kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and a private washer/dryer is also provided for your convenience. This home also features free WiFi to make it easy to plan out your vacation days and to share this authentic mountain experience with friends and family. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. RVs are not allowed at this property. This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. A 4x4 is required to reach this home in winter. The property managers are adjacent to this property. Due to the local fire ban, the firepit is not available for use. No open flame burning or smoking on the property at any time is permitted.
