Registration number 6099 Eagle Crest is situated on 12 acres bordering Rocky Mountain National Park with direct access to the park's extensive trail system at the East Portal Trailhead. It's near the YMCA of the Rockies and offers breathtaking mountain vistas, perfect for planning family activities and outdoor adventures. Eagle Crest also features two sunrooms and a spacious outdoor deck. Wildlife like mule deer, elk, wild turkeys, and occasionally bears frequent the property, as well as and many types of birds. The comfy living room is equipped with everything you need to relax and the kitchen comes with everything one might need. Free WiFi is available throughout. You'll also find a convenient wood burning fireplace inside or an outdoor gas fire-pit, a great place to gather with your friends. The adjacent and very charming bunkhouse is equipped with a washer/dryer, coffee maker, minifridge, and a microwave. The YMCA of the Rockies facilities located next to the cabin is available for use with the purchase of a family annual membership or a daily pass. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Due to the local fire ban, the fire-pit is not available for use. No open flame or burning of any kind on the property is permitted at any time. This lodge cannot accommodate large celebrations and events at this time, including weddings, bridesmaids, and bachelor/ette parties. Property owners will be located adjacent to the property.
