Welcome to our beautiful brick house! Combined, the units can comfortably accommodate up to 42 guests! It features 12 comfortable bedrooms and 7 modernly designed bathrooms. Guests can also use our living room sofa beds for extra sleeping space or use the space for spending quality time with family and friends while watching their favorite show on our Roku TV. Both units boast a fully equipped kitchen with an elegant countertop and kitchen island. Other home amenities include a free Wifi, washer/dryer, and more! Don't forget to check out our cozy patio and prepare something to grill! This awesome place is perfect if you want a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

Unit A: Guests will enter through the door labeled with A using a digital keypad. There are a few steps to reach the front door. On the right side of the entrance is a patio with table, chairs, and a BBQ grill. Once you get inside the house, you will be welcomed by a relaxing living room with ample amount of seating. On the left is an extra comfortable seating area and a bedroom. Walk straight from the living room and you will reach our kitchen ,staircase, as well as the 4 other bedrooms. Two remaining bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs. Unit B: Guests will enter through the door labeled with B using a digital keypad. ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.*** We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
