Step inside and be welcomed by the main living area as you enter through the front door. This inviting space features two pullout couches and a Roku Smart TV for your entertainment. Adjacent to the living room is a spacious dining room with seating for eight. Beyond the dining room, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishes, silverware, and cookware. The master bedroom awaits with a comfortable king bed and a connecting "kid room" filled with two bunk beds, along with kids' books and toys to keep the little ones entertained. The third bedroom offers a cozy queen bed. You'll have the convenience of two full bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a walk-in shower. The "laundry room" houses a washer and dryer and opens up to the newly constructed back deck. This outdoor oasis is equipped with a pergola, grill, and privacy fence, making it the perfect spot for grilling out and entertaining guests. Our pet and kid-friendly home boasts a fully fenced yard with a privacy fence, ensuring a safe environment for your loved ones. Enjoy the added convenience of free WiFi and ample table space, making it ideal for both business travelers and virtual learners. Please note that our home is pet-friendly with an additional fee. Enjoy a short ten-minute drive to downtown Columbia, where you can explore the vibrant atmosphere, visit the University of South Carolina, and wander along the scenic canal walk area. If you're visiting your soldier, Fort Jackson is conveniently located just a 15-20 minute drive away. Experience the best of both worlds - a peaceful neighborhood setting with easy access to all the attractions and amenities the city has to offer.
Getting around
This is a residential area so we recommend driving, just know that Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area as well. Not walkable. Driveway has enough room for two cars, street parking available (on the side of the home and behind).
Other things to note
***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.*** We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
